Magnesium oil is made from a mixture of magnesium chloride flakes and water. When these two substances are combined, the resulting liquid has an oily feel but isn’t technically an oil. A few of the main health benefits of magnesium include its power to act as a catalyst to speed up the absorption of calcium in the body, eases stiff muscles, lowers cortisol production, thereby potentially helping to reduce acne and also helps stabilise any hormonal imbalances in the body.
